Proposing to a girl who is the BEST at finding out secrets and surprises is anything but easy… But somehow I was able to make it happen!
I could not be any more stoked for our future. As you guys know, Nicole is literally the BEST. I love her to death and I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives doing awesome things and traveling the world together.
So usually in the description I give you a lengthy story behind the video. Well, in this case, I kind of tell the story in the video for once. However, I still think I can elaborate a bit more. I wanted to propose to Nicole last summer, but I just didn’t have the time to make it happen and I didn’t want it to be rushed. Instead of bringing the 240 down to Florida, I decided to leave it up there so we had a reason to fly back up during the fall. All went smoothly, until I accidentally forwarded her an e-mail talking about me proposing during the exact time period… So since she knew it was coming, I basically told her some elaborate plan that we were doing on Friday with Jimmy and Steph (total lie). She suggested we go to the firetower beforehand and BOOM. The rest was history :)
Huge thanks to my friend Will Talamelli for putting together this awesome video. If it wasn’t for him I probably would have just wound up with some crappy hidden camera GoPro footage.
