A few years back in LA, Garrett Reeves tried this ridiculous threader/jump through a hole to wallride down a 15ish set. We ended up calling it „The Impossible Wallride“ just because of how precise he had to be to get through the little gap, not chop off his head, and hit the wall with the proper lean without smashing his hand/arm on the i-beam supporting the piece of glass on top.
It was seriously the scariest thing I have ever watched in person. When he came within less than a foot of basically cutting his head off on the first try I had to bite my tongue to not mention anything because Garrett was in the zone and wanted to give it another go. We watched the footage, he noticed how close his head came, slowed it down a tiny bit for the second try and very nearly laced it.
Unfortunately, we were shut down. When we went home and watched the clips, Garrett got spooked by how close he’d come to a seriously bad crash and called it on this setup. I don’t blame him one bit. This shit is so nuts.
