It has been a long time since I took my Mountain Bike out to allaire state park to ride the off road trails. I haven’t attempted to ride the trails since my accident but I finally feel confident enough to give it a try for the first time! I got on my bike and I had so much fun riding but it was very difficult and I ended up crashing two times in the same day! I had a great time trying to ride my bike and I am proud of the progress that I have made!
